Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. All rates subject to change without notice. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm a reservation. The deposit must be paid within two weeks of making the reservation. The outstanding balance must be received at least one month prior to client's arrival. CANCELLATION/REFUND:Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing. Any alterations made prior to commencement of the tour will be subject to cancellation fees assessed by the hotels and a handling fee; those made after tour has commenced is the sole responsibility of the participant. "No shows" and unused portions of the packages are non-refundable. Refund policy is as follows: 45 days or more: Full refund less refund fee44 days - 31 days: 50% refund 30 days or less: No refund Belize Global Travel Services Ltd. cannot be held liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect or by acts of God, fire, breakdown of machinery, acts of government or other authorities. Belize Global Services Ltd. cannot accept responsibilty or liabilty for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect documents or other causes. Belize Global Travel Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept, decline or detain any passenger should such person's health or general deportment impede the operation of the services to the other passengers. Belize Global Travel Services Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule ant itinerary as may be deemed necessary either prior to departure or en route. The acceptance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be the passenger's consent to the above conditions. |
